Who we are

Qiub Studios makes original games on Roblox. This policy covers this website. You can reach us any time at hello@getqiub.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Creator applications: your name, email, platform, follower and view ranges, rate, channel link, the game you want to play and anything you write in the message box.
• Developer applications: your name, email, role, availability, Roblox username, experience, portfolio link and anything you write about yourself.
• Emails: whatever you include when you email us.

This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application, reply to you and work with you if we both decide to. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services that handle it

• FormSubmit receives the application forms and emails them to us.
• ImprovMX forwards mail sent to hello@getqiub.com to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores our email.
• Our website host serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as we need them to consider you for work or creator partnerships, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Children

You must be 13 or older to send us an application. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before applying.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@getqiub.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Our games on Roblox

When you play our games, Roblox handles your account and gameplay data under Roblox's own Privacy Policy. Qiub Studios is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
